Office Policies


I am available for remote (phone) sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. In person sessions are available on Thursdays only at this time.

Your initial visit is scheduled for 60-75 minutes. Subsequent sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Sessions with young children may be shorter and the fee will be prorated.

Payment Policies

Payment is due on the day of your session. Please be prepared to pay by check , cash or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) for in-office sessions.

Remote sessions can be paid through my invoicing system or via PayPal online. Payment must be received in advance of your scheduled appointment for a remote session.

You will be responsible for paying a $30 fee if your payment is returned for insufficient funds.


In-office and remote sessions, including the initial visit: $90.

Out-of-office sessions (home, hospital, care center) within 15 minutes of my office: $100.

Session Packages:

Package of 5 one-hour sessions (savings of $50): $400.

Heartwall (Emotion Code) package includes three or more sessions, as required, to clear a Heartwall: $270.

Surgery Support package includes three sessions (usually one session prior to scheduled surgery/medical procedure and two follow-up sessions at hospital, home or my office): $270.

Statements of Service are available upon request.

Cancellations and No-shows

Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to come to your scheduled session, it is my policy to charge a $35 fee.

Obviously, emergencies will arise occasionally in which case I will waive the charge.

Also, I apply these expectations to myself as well and if I ever no-show an appointment with you, your next session will be free of charge.
