Office Policies

Appointments

I am available for individual sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please let me know if you need time outside of regular hours and I will try to accommodate you.

Your initial visit is scheduled for 60-75 minutes. Subsequent sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes.

Payment Policies

All in-office sessions, including the initial visit, are $65.

Out-of-office sessions (home, hospital, care center) within 15 minutes of my office are $75. (Additional fee for greater travel distances.)

A Surgery Support package is available for $205 and includes three sessions (usually one session prior to scheduled surgery and two follow-up sessions at hospital, home or office).

Remote sessions are offered at $65 and include an initial phone consultation and followup by phone or email.

I offer a $10 discount for full-time students, single mothers, military personnel and children.

Payment is due at the beginning of your session. I find it is helpful to get the financial business out of the way up front because dealing with money and numbers disrupts my client’s end-of-session relaxed and peaceful state.

Please be prepared to pay by check , cash or credit card for in-office sessions. I am able to accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for in-office sessions only. Remote sessions can be paid through PayPal online and payment must be received in advance.

Statements of Service and receipts are available upon request.

Referrals

Referrals are the best compliment that I can receive and most of my Healing Touch practice is due to referrals from my clients. A referral is always appreciated and I offer a $10 discount to clients who make a referral who becomes a paying client. I also offer a free one-hour session to clients who refer two new paying clients to me. Thank you!

Cancellations and No-shows

Since I have reserved our appointment time for you, it is my policy to charge for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows.

Obviously, serious emergencies will arise occasionally in which case I will waive the charge.

Also, I apply these expectations to myself as well and if I ever miss an appointment with you, your next session will be free of charge.
